Does MALOBE do "on-site" hair care for special events such as weddings?
Absolutely! Please contact one of our stylists to set up an appointment for an "on-site" visit.
What if I don't like the style I was given?
Upon having your hair serviced, if the style is not to your liking, please let us know while the stylist is serving you. After the style is finished it will be too late for any adjustments.
Can I get locs even if I don't have "naturally curly hair"?
Yes, we can loc any texture hair. MALOBE has a diverse clientele
I'd like a weave... does MALOBE sell hair?
No. MALOBE does not sell hair. Clients must provide hair.
Do I need to take down my braids, weaves, or extensions in preparation for my appointment?
Yes, MALOBE offers a complimentary shampoo and condition for your initial style, but you must take down hair for those services.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds
Do you take checks or credit cards?
MALOBE accepts most major credit cards and debit cards or cash payment for services.

Can I bring my kids, friends or other family members with me for my appointment?
We ask that you make adequate childcare arrangements while you are having your hair serviced. Our waiting area is limited and used for consultations and customers waiting to be served. We kindly ask that you not bring family or friends due to our limited space.
