Malobe requires a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to secure an appointment. We ask that the deposit be 50% of your overall fee. This applies to braids, weaves, extension locs, etc.

A 72 hour reschedule notice is required to maintain your deposit.

The balance due for all services is required when you arrive for your appointment.

Please be on time. Appointments that are not honored within a half hour of your appointment time with no notification of a later arrival may have to be canceled due to scheduling conficts and deposits may be forfeited.

MALOBE accepts most major credit cards and debit cards or cash payment for services. We do not accept checks. We can give you a general estimate of the time it will take to complete your style. However every situation will vary. For best results we ask that you do not rush your stylist. For styles that take 6 hours or more, we recommend not making other engagements. Certain styles such as extension locs may take several days to complete.

Preparing For Your Appointment

Malobe offers a complimentary shampoo and condition for your initial style. Please remove all braids, weaves and extensions before your appointment. We do not take down hair for those services.
